How does the return work? Within how long?

RETURN POLICIES
If you want to return one or more items of your order, you have 30 days from the receipt of the goods to proceed with the return.

Contact us at info@mtemotorbike and explain the reason for your return:
1-THEPRODUCT DOES NOT LIKE ME OR DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS: tell us the reason, we will try to constantly renew the products according to your comments.
Shipping costs will be refunded only if the item received is incorrect or damaged.
We do not accept returns of products that were not purchased on the mtemotorbike.it website.
2-THE PRODUCTIS DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING: Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the product for a refund (the date products are received is determined by tracking provided by the courier).
Send us photos and an explanation identifying the problem. Together we will find a solution, and if the product is indeed problematic, we will take care of the return costs and procedures.
